BMI Calculator 1.0

This is because you will want to keep a low fat percentage to help reduce the risk of serious health issues. This program uses a formula by the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute and is for general knowledge. You must account for individual situations and lifestyles accordingly. This program is designed using Java and runs on any platform that supports the Java Runtime Environment such as Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
