Vista Backup and Restore lets you back up your entire site, its MySQL databases, and its email filters and aliases, as often as you need. You can do backups manually with a couple of clicks of the mouse - instead of tediously logging in to cPanel and clicking through to the backup page - or else they can be scheduled to run regularly, silently and automatically.
