HelpConsole.com is a powerful, yet easy-to-use help authoring tool for creating help files, knowledgebases, and PDF manuals. HelpConsole is ideal for both small companies requiring a simple help system, or large organizations where employees collaborate to create and manage help systems, product documentation, FAQs, user guides, company manuals, tutorials, etc.

Centralized Authoring: Host all of your product documentation on one central web server. Allow multiple authors to work on the same help project at the same time, from anywhere using a standard browser. If a user attempts to edit the contents or a page that is being edited, they will see a message stating that the page is locked and who is editing it.

Password Protected Help: Create restricted help systems that can only be viewed after logging in.

PDF Manuals: Easily publish a PDF manual from your help project. Customize any aspect of the PDF template including cover page, contents, index, page footers, page headers, etc. to suit your requirements.

Customizable Skins: Use the 'skin editor' to customize the look and feel of your Help System. Include your company logo, colors, etc.

Conditional Content: Control the page content that is displayed based on the selected skin. This is useful if you have multiple versions of a product.

Flash Animations: Easily add flash, Media, and YouTube videos to your help system to demonstrate product functionality.

Import Content: Easily import existing MS Word documents, HTML files, CHM files, Robohelp projects, etc. Images, links, and most formatting is retained.

Modular Help: Easily embed one or more projects into another project to create a modular (or merged) help system.

Reader Comments: Readers can submit comments based on the page content. These comments can be displayed to the public immediately or first approved by an administrator.
