It recovers files from nearly all kinds of devices (hard disks, external devices, USB-Sticks, U3-Sticks, Memory Cards as used in MP3 Players, Handys, DigiCams, etc.). Rescue-Master supports files systems FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS and NTFS5. It can even recover compressed, fragmented and encrypted data (EFS; Encrypted File System) on NTFS as used on Windows 2000,XP,2003 and Vista systems. Rescue-Master can store recovered files on arbitrary local and network devices. It gives you excellent recovery results by using Quick-Scan for partially destroyed media structures and Deep Scan for media with fully destroyed structures (e.g. formatted devices). Working with the device containing the deleted files can be very dangerous. The recoverable files can so be destroyed forever. Rescue-Master can create an image of that device and recover the files from this exact copy. The included U3 version is exactly what you need to recover lost files on the go. Plug in your U3 stick and recover lost and deleted files on systems without first installing ArchiCrypt-Rescue Master.
