The user can specify: purpose, pay period, the Employee's name, ID, position and SSN, a statement number, the department and manager's name. For each expense entry there are ready formatted columns for: date, the account, description, hotel, transport, fuel, meals, phone, entertainment and miscellaneous expenses. Excel 2000 or higher required.
