File splitter program does not require installation and can be used to split files to multiple chunks as well as to merge multiple chunks into single file. After you cut and send your files, the other person will have this application in order to join them back together. When you split your files, a small program is created in same folder and can be distributed with your split files, which will allow anyone to recreate original file, with the original name. It is useful for breaking large text files into more usable segments or for breaking a gigabyte file into segments to fit on multiple diskettes. File splitter allows you to break and recreate any file type, whether avi, mp3, exe, zip or any other file type. These files can be copied onto any writable media or transferred by email. Use this software for archiving or transportation of large files on multiple floppy-disks, CDs, DVDs or USB-sticks. It can split file into specified number of blocks or at specified unit size, so they can be easily attached to an email, or stored in a removable device such as USB drive, floppy disk, MP3, MP4, and mobile phone. Software supports all windows based operating systems like 2000, 2003, XP, NT, ME, Vista, Windows 7 etc.
