Yes, your network shares will be ready 2-3 seconds after you plug the drives in.

The autodismounting feature of AutoNetShare is quite useful too. As soon as you remove a drive, network share(s) residing in it will also be removed/dismounted. Making it less confusing for people at the other side of the network.
