Flash editor by Eltima Software is a powerful tool for SWF to FLA conversion with a rather demanded possibility to edit SWF file on the go even without SWF to FLA or Flex project files conversion. It is easy to edit the following existing elements of a SWF file with Flash SWF editor - texts, images, links, etc. It's also possible to extract SWF elements (sounds, images, videos, shapes, frames, morphs, fonts, texts, buttons, sprites and ActionScript) to various formats and save them as separate files on the hard drive. Flash video can be exported to AVI, MPEG, FLV and FLA, sounds can be saved as WAV or MP3, texts - as RTF, TXT and HTML, and images - as PNG, JPEG and BMP.

Flash editor provides full support for Flash 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Flash CS5 and Flex. It has a multi-window interface, which significantly simplifies the work with multiple SWF files and provides the possibility to compare them while working. You can also explore the detailed tag structure of a SWF file with the help of unique Dump View feature.
