Windmill Solitaire 1.0

Windmill Solitaire is a two deck solitaire card game where they player is trying to move cards from the piles, or the freecells on blades of the windmill to the foundation in the middle, building it up from Ace to King and wrapping back to Ace, without regard to suit.
